Policies of our service

Travel Documents: every travelers must be in possession of valid travel documents, including passports with validity of minimum 6 months on the day of you are landing in Thailand in order to legally enter most Thailand and also most countries. Please check with your local consulate or embassy, if you need a visa to enter to Thailand.

Confirmation of Booking

Every booking, we provide a confirmation number which provided from hotel record and guests have rights to check directly to hotel for security and safety reason.

Payment Term

After we grant you a confirmation number-due to policies of many hotels are different, we therefore, 50 days prior to guest/s check-in date; we will request full payment to be settled from the total amount of room cost. As we are not big company and payment system is only available by money transfer to Thai bank account or in German Bank Account. We don’t take any responsibility for bank charges or internal bank services.
If guest/s make a booking less than 50 days to check-in date, that considered to settle total amount upon guest/s received a confirmation of booking from our side.

Hotel Vouchers

After we granted a confirmation together with reservation number from hotels, we will issue and send to  guests a ' Hotel Voucher with all details as PDF File to guests for check-in reference. Hotel vouchers will be issued from ' Sweetland Travel & tours co., Ltd. Located in Patong Beach, Phuket -Thailand.
 

Cancellations and refund

Cancellations and refunds, are respect on each hotels policies only and we will not take any responsibilities for money transfer fee and also applicable for bank charge etc. if guest/s failure to settle full payment, we have rights to cancel the bookings. Money transfer by the bank account in Germany only. DKB
